By accessing and using Callara AI services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the services.

Service Description

Callara AI provides AI-powered communication services specifically designed for pharmacy operations, including:

• Automated prescription refill request handling
• SMS routing and patient communication automation
• Integration with pharmacy management systems
• Analytics and reporting tools

User Responsibilities

As a user of Callara AI services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service only for legitimate pharmacy operations
• Comply with all applicable healthcare regulations
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the systems
• Report any security vulnerabilities or issues promptly

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons. We will provide advance notice when possible.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Callara AI services are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Callara AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the services. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will lose access to services, but we will provide a reasonable transition period to export your data.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
