As your volume approaches your tier's included messages, the system warns you automatically at 95%. If you reach 100%, outbound messaging simply pauses until you choose a bigger tier or your next month starts; nothing extra is ever billed, and incoming patient messages keep arriving either way. If you never outgrow 25K, you stay at $150. You are never asked to predict your volume up front.
