For FQHCs and 340B clinics

Capture more 340B savings, from the moment of prescribing.

More of your 340B savings go back into patient care. Providers see the covered, funded option and what the patient pays. The program sees what it captured, fill by fill. Ask Callara answers your team from your own policies.

Prescribers make every clinical decision. Callara shows coverage and patient cost, never a margin.

Callara ranks the options the plan covers and prices them across 340B, manufacturer assistance and your sliding scale. Entity economics stay out of the provider view.

    What the program sees

Every logged decision and how it resolved.

Leaked recommendations go to a periodic review, never a same-day worklist.

    • Captured only once the fill is completed and paid.
    • Leaked only where absence is provable.
    • Per-fill 340B economics stay in the covered-entity view.
    • HIPAA compliant, BAA-backed, encrypted in transit and at rest.

    Why now

    Jan 1, 2027

    1. Aug 3Federal Register notice
    2. Aug 24Manufacturer plans due
    3. Sept 24HRSA approval date
    4. Jan 1Rebates begin
    5. +45 daysClaim-level data submitted
    6. +10 daysPaid or denied

Part of your 340B discount becomes a rebate.

In HRSA’s revised rebate pilot, covered entities buy the Medicare-negotiated drugs at WAC, submit claim-level dispense data within 45 days, and are paid or denied within 10. Once a manufacturer’s plan is approved, every covered entity buying that drug is in.

340B has never been a receivable before. A receivable is only as good as the record behind it. Ours starts at the decision.

Callara does not file rebate claims. It keeps the record behind them: the decision, the fill, and the payment, tied together.

    Either side of the wall

Your contract pharmacy or your own.

The fill has to report from somewhere. Bring your pharmacy with you.

If you run your own pharmacy, same loop, your own counter. In-house pharmacies can add OTC benefit capture and the retail texting inbox.
