This statement explains what Callara AI, Inc. ("Callara," "we") collects when you share your contact details with us, how we use them, and the choices you have.

Who this covers

People who give us their details at events, through forms on our website, or by email.

It does not cover patient information that pharmacies and clinics handle through the Callara platform. That information is governed by our agreements with those customers, including Business Associate Agreements under HIPAA.

What we collect

• What you give us: first and last name, job title, company name, work email, and phone number if you choose to share it.
• Context about your request: where we met you, such as an event, and which guide or resource you asked for.
• Website basics: general usage information, such as pages visited and browser type.

How we use it

• To send you the guide or resource you requested.
• To follow up about Callara products, services and events, if you agreed to receive communications.
• To improve our website and materials.
• To meet legal obligations.

Communications

We send marketing emails only if you checked "I agree to receive communications from Callara." Every email includes an unsubscribe link, or you can email privacy@callara.ai.

We do not send marketing text messages to contacts collected through these forms.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• With service providers that help us run our business, such as email, hosting and customer-relationship tools, under contracts that limit how they use it.
• When required by law or to protect our rights.
• As part of a merger, acquisition or sale of our business.

How long we keep it

As long as needed for the purposes above, or until you ask us to delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email privacy@callara.ai. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law.

Security

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our website and events are for business professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we update this statement, we'll post the new version here and change the date at the top.
